Students read a brief piece of discursive writing on the art for the day—a review, a piece of criticism, etc. Students write a reflection on the structure of the secondary source. In writing, answer the following question: How does the piece you have chosen introduce a critical question? How does it employ analysis? What does it attempt to persuade the reader to believe?
